Title: Administrative Assistant - Recruiting

Duties:     

Coordinate internal and external meetings
Organize team all-hands meetings, offsite events (including slide preparation)
General office duties as needed; (printing handouts, travel itineraries)
Heavy calendaring
Build cross-functional relationships between departments
Draft PowerPoint presentations, collecting data from multiple sources
Manage employee celebrations
Assist in ad-hoc projects

 

Skills:     

At least 4 years of full-time administrative experience
Excellent computer skills and comprehension of Outlook 
Incredibly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments 
Excellent communication skills
Strong scheduling and travel coordination skills
Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere

 

Education: Not required
