Basic Job Description:
Review, analyze and evaluate client business, systems, program and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate solutions to support overall business strategies. Rely on extensive experience in working with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive strategic corporate initiatives and software development projects from initiation to closure.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•     Support demand generation events for customers interested in solutions– usually in the form of virtual or face-to-face presentations and/or demos
•     Support responses and solutions to client RFIs/RFPs
•     Participate in account strategy sessions with the intent of developing system recommendations
•     Work closely with other BAs, Web Developers, and Product Owners to formulate a product that best fits a client’ s needs
•     Ability to understand the customer’ s particular program and technical deployment needs and position a solution mix which best addresses ALL of the client’ s needs
•     Support Client-specific value proposition hypotheses that clearly articulates “ why Client?” and “ why now?”
•     Present solution roadmap information to customers and prospects
•     Ability to demonstrate the value of the product solution, not just document the functional requirements
•     Be resourceful and creative, consider how existing solutions might be combined to engender new sales opportunities

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
•     Ability to build a strong working relationship with both the prospect and the Client  Account Team
•     Analysis of business needs through phone conversations, written communication, and face to face meetings
•     Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client' s organization and industry
•     Review and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
•     Work with client personnel to identify required changes
•     Communicate needed changes to Implementation/Account Management Team
•     Assist in the facilitation of team and client meetings
•     Deliver informative, well-organized presentations based on business needs
•     Take input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback
•     Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients
•     Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design
•     Understand Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures
•     Ensure multi-platform and multi-device (mobile & tablet) UI/UX design
•     Exhibit confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices, when solving business problems
•     Push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets
