  • Support day-to-day operational requests that come in through the queue
  • Support automated solutions using Python, Ruby and Powershell scripts
  • Administer and maintain client management tools (i.e. Chef, Antivirus, Encryption, & Backup)
  • Administer and maintain mobile device management system (i.e. MobileIron)
  • Manage mixed platform client system environment (Windows 10, Linux & Mac OS X)
  • Contribute to and support mobile devices, client platforms, and management tools/processes
  • Contribute to development of client hardware standards and roadmap
  • Administer enterprise software including deployment and package management
  • Maintain client security model and best practices in an enterprise environment
  • Identify internal process and automation improvements
  • Manage transition plans for major upgrades or patches
  • Diagnose and investigate unique and complex systemic problems
  • Create, maintain, and manage imaging solutions for multiple OS including Windows/Mac/Linux
  • Document CPE products, tools and workflows
  • Participate in on-call rotation

  • 3+ years Enterprise Windows/Mac OS X client management experience(Active Directory, Chef, DeployStudio etc.)
  • Demonstrated client system scripting and web development specifically utilizing: PowerShell and Ruby
  • Excellent communications skills. Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts
