- Hand coding HTML/CSS experience specific to email marketing is preferred.
- Previous experience working heavily in a marketing automation platform. Preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a constantly evolving environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Operations experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and edit HTML email templates for delivery from the Salesforce Marketing Cloud marketing automation platform.
- Simultaneously manage a high volume of email creation projects through a multi-week development and testing cycle.
- Collaborate with internal partners to gather requirements and communicate relevant project details to deploy successful email marketing campaigns.
- Deliver quality work by adhering to quality checkpoints and testing procedures in the email creation process.
- Configure and deliver email campaign reports for internal customers.
