  • Deploy and support our global production datacenter network infrastructure
  • Work cross functionally with project management, network engineering, and data center connectivity to generate infrastructure design packages
  • Work cross functionally with Data Center construction, Design Architect, General Contractor and subcontractors to validate infrastructure implementation
  • Provide guidance during deployment activities in our data centers including in the areas of facility power, cooling, rack layout and cable management
  • Ability to understand single line, architectural and MEP drawings
  • Maintain technical and training documentation, develop automation and tooling as needed
  • Schedule and perform network maintenance including repairs, upgrades, and migrations
  • Provide on-site point of contact for infrastructure escalations

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of IP networking experience with designing, deploying, and supporting large-scale service provider, datacenter, and/or enterprise network infrastructure
  • In depth knowledge and practical implementation of fiber optic components, cabling, and interconnect products, technologies, and standards
  • Hands on experience designing and deploying ISP and OSP fiber infrastructure at an enterprise scale
  • Fundamental knowledge of IP routing/switching technologies and protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, ISIS, OSPF, MPLS, RSVP, and VRRP in a dual-stack IPv4/6 environment
  • Fundamental knowledge of enterprise and carrier class routing, switching, and optical transport platforms
  • Experience working with on-site construction teams at an enterprise scale
  • Experience working in a global team environment with limited supervision
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills
  • 25% to 40% of travel required.

Bachelor' s Degree preferred
