Job Title: Partner Center Operations Manager
Lead and Advise on the implementation, facilitation, and improvement of new and existing systems and processes within the Partner Center.
Provide leadership and support to our Menlo Park and NYC operating teams in their everyday tasks and responsibilities, and serve as escalation point for any issues that may arise.
Lead initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
Manage the selection and onboarding of global support agencies as needed.
Support the Global Partner Center Leader with meeting forecasting guidance and reporting, and offer advice and clarity around best practices to hit Partner Center meeting goals and objectives.
Manage the global Partner Center budget and regularly report on status to Partner Center Leads to ensure proper budgeting and spending throughout the remainder of the year.
4+ years professional experience with some relevant experience in event
4+ marketing/management preferred
Experience with forecasting, budgeting, purchasing, or other relevant financial experience Keen attention to the special details that create memorable events- customer service focused Previous management or leadership experience preferred Strong organizational, process and project management skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once Effective problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently Ability to work quickly and be flexible Successful experience partnering with cross-functional teams Ability to work effectively with all levels of stakeholders including senior executives A strong desire to help others Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education: BA required (communications or marketing preferred)
