Title: Production Coordinator/Assistant
Assist the studio head and department leads with creative, logistical and organizational tasks as necessary.
Collaborate with the production team to create tasks and backlog
Work with development team to maintain project schedules.
Identify any obstacles or issues needing attention and present solutions.
Monitor change requests and determine when significant changes to task scope have occurred.
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, action points, follow-ups, and statuses.
Contribute to the planning and direction of the development and production of our games.
Ability to work effectively with a large amount of ambiguity and adapt easily to change.
Ability to take on any and all tasks needed to be done, and to ask for guidance when you need it.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain project schedules and milestone documentation, monitoring the progress of department milestones and individual tasks against those schedules.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Education: Preference to applicants with:
Familiarity with bug and task tracking tools.
Previous management or game development experience.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office products, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Agile/SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies.
