Summary:
The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.
Responsibilities:
Pay range is $67 - $72 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Summary:

- Responsibilities:
- Supporting program scoping, problem statement definition including performing necessary research and analysis
- Creating a program plan and managing against that plan to support the achievement of key program milestones
- Preparing drafts of process documents, engineering requirements, communications and training decks and materials along with other relevant program deliverables
- Identifying and managing risks, interdependencies, and potential issues
- Connecting with stakeholders across the organization (where applicable) to socialize the program, collect input, and validate that teams are operating in lockstep where there are overlaps
- Reporting program status to support roadmapping and planning, executive reporting and regular progress monitoring
- Drive execution of program milestones to move programs forward from the assess and design stages to the implement and assess
- Performing data analysis, impact analysis and working with key metrics and risk indicators to support program outcomes
- Communicate improvements, bottlenecks, considerations, launches etc. to key stakeholders through presentations, Google docs, and Workplace posts
- Provide input as needed to support the team’s coordinated response to assessor requests
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and capabilities with the ability to both run meetings and create PowerPoint slide presentations and Google Docs
- Critical thinking and problem solving capabilities to navigate complex programs and a complex organization
- Strong time management abilities; possessing the capacity to manage multiple programs and make time allocation decisions
- Strong data orientation with the ability to identify opportunities to define metrics and enable continuous monitoring and operational areas of improvement
- Strong detail orientation
- Experience with managing complex programs with multiple interdependencies and how to scale them
- Strong prioritization and long-term planning skills
- Knowledge of functions including application infrastructure, privacy, development and operations, change management
- Experience in working in a cross-functional organization, influencing without authority
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
