Pay range is $64 - $71 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Program Manager III


Summary:

The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate data collection activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate research projects, including full management of scheduling for remote human data collection and annotation programs
  • Partner with program manager and vendor to track data collection progress, completion, and follow ups
  • Collaborate with vendor to recruit and assign data collectors to various study programs.
  • Manage capacity and resourcing to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
  • Confer with program managers and science teams to discuss and map out project specifications and procedures.
  • Coordinate progress of training, studies, and annotation efforts with Project Managers
  • Liaises between cross functional teams teams to ensure timely planning and distribution of research studies
  • Track vendor KPIs and success metrics as defined by program manager and escalate any deviations accordingly
  • Run weekly and monthly status update meetings with vendor leads
  • Coordinate QA and pilot testing process with science teams, program managers, and vendor project managers
  • Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding of data collectors through vendor program
  • Travel 10%

  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
  • Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification nice-to-have
