Title: Technical Writer
Plan, develop, organize and maintain internal content for onboarding material, technologies and tools used within Enterprise Operations.
Work closely with engineering, design, and support teams to enhance the quality, discoverability, and accuracy of Enterprise Operations content
Design, write, and edit technical and process documentation
Navigate through multiple platforms such as web, iOS, and Android
Detailed editing of existing documentation.
Communicate clearly across multiple audiences.
Ruthlessly prioritize while working in a fast paced multi-tasking environment.
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years experience in content management and technical documentation
2+ years experience writing, proofreading and editing
Demonstrated work experience producing and organizing content with a logical flow
Experience with web authoring and wiki markup using HTML and markdown and CSS
Experience crafting communication and messaging targeted towards specific audiences
Experience meeting multiple, tight deadlines
5+ years experience working in a software development environment
Experience crafting business stories and presentations
BA/BS in English literature or Computer Science
