Title: Bill of Materials Program Manager

Seeking a contractor to support business and facility operations for global infrastructure in the collection, validation, & integration of Service Bill of Materials (BOMs). The ideal candidate will build and maintain an accurate Facility Operations (FacOps) equipment database, to help ensure service and maintenance parts availability in sustaining critical data center operation. 

Responsibilities:
- Interpret new equipment specifications to research and build service BOMs
- Validate existing BOMs to identify gaps and correct for discrepancies
- Determine criticality levels of equipment and corresponding subcomponents
- Coordinate with systems teams for accurate integration of BOMs into equipment database

Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting supply chain, logistics, data center, or facility operations
  • Prior experience with Oracles Agile platform is a plus
  • High attention to detail and ability to scrutinize for quality of response from vendors and manufacturers
  • Proven interpersonal skills, comfortable with maneuvering different modes of communication to extract information
  • Prior experience working with service and maintenance
  • Technical expertise in mechanical/electrical assessment of facility and industrial equipment

Education: Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or other related field
