The User Operations candidate will be responsible for: 
  • Manage the support mailbox  inquiries from internal stakeholders 
  • Manage the headcount management tool queue to approve transfers, move positions, and unblock transactions 
  • Assist Recruiting & HR with position management inquiries for job requisitions or offers 
  • Work with Finance partners and Mission Control Program Managers on tracking changes to budget
  • Maintain data integrity of Tech headcount positions (cost center, manager, talent profile, location, team assignments, etc) within Workday and SalesForce
  • Answer reconcile systems of record 
  • Exercise good judgment and, when unable to resolve issues, proactively raises risks and concerns to lead/manager 
  • Works directly with partners without supervision

Skills:
  • Must possess communication skills 
  • Organized and detail oriented 
  • Experienced in diving into details to investigate data discrepancies to identify incorrect data pattern 
  • Ability to field requests from team members, manager or leaders from across Tech
  • Must adhere to response time SLA 
  • Proven skills in Microsoft Excel

Education:: B.S. or B.A., 2+ years problem-solving/data experience
