Job Title: Triage Specialist

*Investigate product quality of new hardware products 
*Understand and communicate product launch risk and severity of issues to partners 
*Meticulously document findings  
*Communicate effectively with both beta users and cross functional partners in Product, Software, Hardware, Supply Chain & Customer Support  
*Develop test cases and scenarios in order to pinpoint the root cause of product bugs

*Flexible and willing to respond quickly to urgent or changing processes 
*Passion for ensuring high quality consumer electronics experiences for millions of users

*BA/BS degree preferred
*Spanish language skills preferred
