Duties: Responsibilities

On a monthly cadence, collect data on 50+ projects from multiple sources in various mediums, including Oracle, vendors, and remote team members.

Through automated and manual means populate data into existing cost control tools with a high level of accuracy.

Create and manage cost reporting databases and dashboards utilizing Access, Tableau, and Excel.

Run reports ad hoc for the Project Controls Manager and Project Management for monthly meetings and others as requested in Oracle, E-Builder, Excel, Access, or other tools.

Reconcile transactions between the cost control tool (e-Builder) and Oracle to ensure accuracy of data.

Document new cost control processes and maintain existing process documentation (including new project initiation, closeout, update cadences, etc.)

Initiate new project creation in the cost control tool and manage the master project list.  

Track the status of projects and POs.  Execute the closeout process when needed.

Work with accounting and payment processing teams to track the status of vendor payments Raise help tasks to increase purchase order budgets as needed

Train others in the use of our electronic cost databases (E-Builder and Oracle) and dashboards (Tableau)

 

Skills: Requirements

At least 3 years of database creation and administration, data entry, or data analysis experience

Duties: We are looking for a high caliber business associate to be part of Global Sales Operations team helping drive sound decisions, strategic planning and operational improvements across the teams that work with resellers. Responsibilities

Skills: Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business or related field)

3+ years of work experience in Sales Operations, and/or Strategy

3+ consulting, or 1+ years with MBA/Master’ s degree
