  • Each pay cycle you will collect the time sheets for W2 employees and 1099’ s and cross check them with our client systems. Accumulate them and then file them to prepare this information for payroll and billing cycles. 
  • You will manage and execute to success the entire life cycle of events necessary to hire W2 employees and 1099’ s by deploying the following written and oral steps when management executes an offer. All paperwork will be your responsibility to follow up on and expedite with new hires to completion.

Requirements:

•    BS/MS in EE/CS or related fields plus 5/10 years of experience in multiple of the following areas

•    Advance knowledge in Ethernet switching, IP routing protocols, network management and security required.

•    Experience configuring and troubleshooting servers, switches and routers in real network deployments is required.

•    Strong Server virtualization and Linux/BSD/UNIX administration skills required.

•    Experience with configuring, troubleshooting and testing complex multi chasis networking hardware platforms is required.

•    Test automation with Selenium or programming skills in Python, Perl, TCL, Shell or C is required. Java is a plus.

This position will involve all aspects regarding the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Call Manager/Unity/UCCE/UCCX IP Phones and will focus heavily on data collection and customer interaction to ensure satisfactory migrations.

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Must have excellent communication skills, writing skills, problem solving skills and the ability to work with team members at all levels.

• Review, audit, and approve deployments

• Extreme efficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Visio, etc.

• Ability to work with team to build project schedules and timelines

• Excellent verbal communication skills

Overall Unified Communication Experience in:

• High level experience with Call Manager (10.X)

• High level experience with Unity (10.X)

• Knowledge with UCCX (Unified Contact Center Express) (10.X)

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• Networking knowledge (preferably CCNA, CCNP or equivalent)

• Solid understanding of network infrastructure running VoIP, QoS, SIP, H323, video conferencing and video streaming

• Knowledge in VoIP, Codecs, compression and video conferencing services, such as Cisco TelePresence, Cisco 7942 and 7841 phones, Call Manager version 10.x.

• High level knowledge in Cisco Routers, switches and IP Telephony products including Call Manager and other UC products.
