Pay range is $29 - $34 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Lab Technician III


Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Lab Technician is to execute routine imaging lab tests, encompassing tasks such as image collection, lab setup establishment per requirement, data analysis and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up, calibrate, maintain, and sanitize lab equipment dedicated to imaging capture.
  • Operate testing apparatus, capturing images in conjunction with the appropriate testing instruments.
  • Scrutinize and interpret test outcomes and experimental findings to ensure adherence to stipulated specifications, utilizing specialized mechanical and electrical testing instruments.
  • Systematically assess, compile and document test data for the purpose of generating comprehensive reports, utilizing a blend of charts, graphs, and narrative descriptions.
  • Collaborate with engineers in the construction of image test setups, encompassing tasks such as material and component sourcing and procurement.

Skills:
  • Basic understanding about camera module, including image output, image processing etc
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Knowledge of the information and techniques needed to debug lab setup failures, including both electrical and mechanical parts.
  • Ability to analyze data and accurately document and record results.

Education/Experience:
  • A high school diploma required.
  • An Associate's degree in camera module, sensor technology, optics, or relevant fields, or commensurate training is highly preferred.
