DUTIES: Design KPIs for the core areas of Data Center and Corporate Infrastructure (CPU, MEM, RAM, Storage, Power, Network). Build and maintain data pipelines. Write and optimize queries to deliver compelling and actionable metrics & insights. Build dashboards and embedded visualizations for customer consumption. Gather project requirements collaboratively defined with clients. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery. Inform product and business decisions to align with org goals & initiatives. Develop and communicate recommendations based on quantitative research via storytelling, reporting, and insights presentations. Cultivate relationships and collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape, support, and execute product or service goals.

REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Enterprise Risk Management or another quantitative field. One year of experience in any data analyst role involving ETL/data pipeline design, development, and maintenance; statistics and quantitative analysis; and SQL databases. Advanced working knowledge of: Oracle; Python and R; statistics (e.g., hypothesis testing, regressions); data architecture, data modeling, and schema design; Hive/Hadoop. Work assignments may be in various unanticipated work locations in the US. Telecommuting permitted.
