We own a dozen apps with a combined user base of tens of thousands. Job Description
The Enterprise Platforms Integration team (EPI) handles onboarding, deployment, and ongoing support of tools used at larg social media company. We own a dozen apps with a combined user base of tens of thousands. EPI builds and supports the backend and infrastructure that our products run on, supports users, and collaborates with other teams to continue to refine, improve, and expand our products and their user bases. EPI has team members in California, New York, Warsaw, and Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the vision and strategy for Enterprise Engineering initiatives to enhance existing software products, services, and infrastructure or launch new solutions wherever needed.
- Drive product development with multiple teams of world-class engineers, designers, and analysts to build new features that meet client standards of simplicity and quality.
- Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design of new features and enhancements. Work cross-functionally to launch new features.
- Integrate market analysis, research and usability studies into crisp product requirements and roadmaps.
- Understand and lead analyses of user needs, product metrics, and the broader professional landscape to determine the right set of features to build to help our members and customers be productive and successful.
- Clearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders and drive demos to foster buy-in.
- Lead other product managers and designers to continuously hone their craft.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience.
- Senior-level product management experience (5+ years).
- Experience defining vision and strategy for technical products in large cross-functional organizations.
- Demonstrated success going through full product cycles, integrating customer feedback into product requirements and driving prioritization.
- Comfortable diving deep into data to obtain insights that inform product roadmaps and measure product outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace.
- Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Entrepreneurial background is highly valued and entrepreneurial spirit is a must. You will be working with ambiguity and essentially building a startup within Client.
- Customer obsession: a clear track record of delivering elegant solutions for true user problems.
- Superior design instincts with a keen eye for detail. Track record of shipping products with intuitive designs that speak for customer obsession.
- You are biased toward action, a great collaborator, a master disambiguator/simplifier, and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery.
- You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and take on something hands-on.
