Program Manager II
Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and to define and implement the program strategy, plans and processes for various procurement initiatives.
- Manage meetings with stakeholders and document process while executing program releases and enhancements.
- Analyze data and utilize ThoughtSpot to create and maintain data dashboards while being able to translate them to a presentation.
- Respond and resolve catalog tasks within a given SLA and work with BPO for escalations.
- Consult and negotiate with business partners to drive compliant catalog program.
- Proactively manage the hygine of catalog program.
- Act as a subject matter expert on procurement policies, processes and best practice.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of the program drivers and have a comprehensive understanding of how they affect the business strategy.
