Global Field Sales Analyst


Summary:

We are seeking a Global Field Sales Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our Field Services Operations programs across our current and future partners worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, communication, building, maintenance, visualization, and reporting of all aspects related to Field Services Operations. Your technical expertise will play a vital role in realizing our vision of providing our global customers with exceptional physical retail experiences, enabling them to find, learn, and engage with our products. The ideal candidate should possess experience in retail and marketing operations, data architecture and analysis, data visualization, and budget management.

As a Global Field Sales Analyst, your primary focus will be ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and visualization of all data and records related to our operations. You will also be responsible for budget management, maintaining the budget with precision. This role requires a meticulous and organized approach, with a strong emphasis on planning, managing, and executing large-scale data collection, housing, and reporting initiatives across our global partners. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with channel marketing, sales, analytics, and external vendors.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build and deploy a data pipeline management system.
  • Manage, maintain, and visualize large volumes of data from multiple sources globally.
  • Work closely with Channel Marketing Managers, Strategic Account Managers, 3rd party labor partners, Analytics, and Channel Services team members to ensure efficient and accurate operations.
  • Act as a liaison between global 3rd party labor partners, channel marketing managers, and channel services for data management.
  • Evaluate and make strategic decisions to maximize ROI and efficiency through partnerships with the internal analytics team.
  • Provide highly detailed analysis and recommendations for various initiatives across all product lines.
  • Establish, maintain, and enforce operational processes globally, both in-store and with 3rd party labor partners.
  • Review and execute multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Report field execution results to internal stakeholders through internal dashboards.
  • Process invoices and collaborate closely with the Global Field Merchandising Manager to track and manage 3rd party labor project budgets effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in retail or channel marketing analytics.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the unique operating conditions within domestic and global retailers and how they impact planning and execution of initiatives for all product lines.
  • Experience in sharing program/project updates across broad teams and organizations, with a focus on clear and concise communication.
  • Proficiency in creating data visualizations, preferably using Tableau.
  • Ability to write SQL commands.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reporting project execution results.
  • Experience in managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions that benefit all parties involved.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the consumer electronics industry or retail physical product experience, particularly in brick and mortar stores.
  • Prior experience in budget and fiscal management.
  • Familiarity with retail partners and their guidelines and processes.
  • Experience managing analysis and budgets within a brand.
  • Experience in reporting on large-scale launches and programs.
  • Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to translate complex engineering and data-related concepts into easily understandable language for diverse audiences.
