Account Manager V
Summary:
The Account Manager will own the end to end strategic relationships with one of our top strategic partners in Reality Lab.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of end to end strategic relationships with key strategic partner
- Building relationships with partners
- Owner of relationships and responsible for ensuring we're delivering against contractual terms
- Creation of strategic account plans and leading the cross functional account team on value driving initiatives
- Resolve issues and escalations
- Providing executive level status updates on partner health, progress and issue escalations
- Leading high-visibility executive meetings (QBR, etc.)
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, partner management and interpersonal skills
- Organised and able to work to deadlines
- Able to work with various different business functions
- Strong sense of ownership, driving teams and delivering against tight deadlines.
- Strong problem solving skills
Education/Experience:
- Previous experience as a Strategic Account Manager or Business Development and Sales.
- Knowledge of the industry
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, marketing or other relevant field
