In this role, the individual will learn operational skills centered around organization, communication, and process improvements to help the Community Development team operate smoothly internally and thrive in local communities. There are monthly syncs, and the team is supportive of one another!

- Operational activities such as vendor onboarding, supplier management, and donation workflow
- Provide operational support to the current team
- Support workload for operations specialist and increase timeliness on payment and payment processing
- Vendor engagement through onboarding, Supplier Connect account support, and troubleshooting issues often through phone/video calls
- Third Party Assessment (TPA) management
- Ethics and Compliance management
- PO creation, PO management, Invoice diligence I suggest we remove
Must-Have Skills:
- 2-3+ years of enterprise-operational experience
- Organizational powerhouse
- Experience with Excel, Google Spreadsheets, Google Drive
- Customer support / Customer relations
- Procurement experience (add this here, removed from below)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Events/Sponsorship experience
- Previous experience with meta tools a plus
Soft Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
