Pay range is $36 - $41 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Associate Project Management

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of environmental sustainability project oriented work efforts and managing Investment Lifecycle Management (ILM) process as it relates to sustainability.
  • Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts daily, performing quality review, and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
  • Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the program needs.
  • Responsible for managing the Environmental Sustainability (ES) core team and supporting Internal Steering Committee (ISC) meetings, including attending and weekly meetings, and tracking agenda and action items.
  • Responsible for managing Global Work Plan and maintaining monthly status.
  • Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed.
  • This is an individual contributor role without human resource management responsibilities (e.g., hiring, performance management).
  • Monitor/manage overall environmental sustainability program progress against plan.
  • Coordinate routine status reporting for all workstreams.
  • Ensure capital project compliance with sustainability reporting expectation and assist with sustainability impact assessments (technical/engineering assessment).
  • Ensure program workstream structure is managed and improved as-needed.
  • Ensure communication strategy is managed across cross-functional team.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree

OR
  • Associate degree and 4 years of experience

OR
  • High school diploma / GED and 6 years of experience
