B2B Marketing Analyst

  • Identify metrics that define marketing success and maintain the infrastructure, data, and tools necessary
  • Analyze marketing campaigns and surface insights to be shared with the broader marketing org to drive optimizations
  • Review and update process for marketing pipeline management to ensure forecasts are accurate
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business review reporting for the Marketing team as part of the company’ s planning process
  • Drive marketing projects in collaboration with the team to achieve functional and reporting needs for Marketing
  • Support ad hoc reporting in Salesforce, Google Analytics and Marketo, as needed
  • Continuously develop new insights to inform decision-making and strategies for user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Perform customer segmentation and profiling analysis
  • Track customer behavior and life cycles, such as response, engagement, and churn

  • Minimum five years in a marketing analyst or business planning role
  • Experience diving into large relational databases and doing structured analysis
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience with SQL or an interest in learning required
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo or BI tools (Tableau, etc.) a plus
  • Understanding of paid advertising trends and new marketing technologies
