We are looking for a confident communicator with proven experience in project management as well as brand design and operations. Our team is focused on scaling processes and systems that inspire the organization to activate the brand across platforms. The ideal candidate has project management expertise, experience with large organizations and familiarity with managing digital websites. This role is about elevating our company and the portfolio of brands both internally and externally, ensuring that marketers and agencies are all building consistent and cohesive experiences.

The successful candidate will need to be tenacious and open, creative and analytical. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
- Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
- Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.
- Direct, review and approve product designs and changes.
- Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in project management or operations
- 2+ years of brand management experience
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Experience building relationships with colleagues at all management levels
- Experience planning, prioritizing and executing on multiple projects simultaneously
