Brand Program Manager, Reality Labs (within Creative X)
Responsibilities:
- Act as the central point of contact on all brand identity development and brand asset production for Marketing. This includes leading workstreams across strategy workstreams, design expression exploration, guidelines development, asset management and brand governance that will all be managed simultaneously.
- Expert level budget forecasting, resourcing, actualization and spend allocation at a project level
- Oversee distribution of and ensure proper usage of all brand-specific assets
- Produce brand-related photography assets, motion templates, production, graphic artwork and collateral materials (swag designs, poster designs, presentation template designs)
- Experience in a highly collaborative XFN role - Passionate in connecting the dots, leading high-visibility work and quickly building strong cross functional relationships or creating new ones with other company teams in order to ensure production goals and delivery, including cross-functional collaboration, launch, hand-off or sunsetting during a typical product lifecycle
- Manage presentation and feedback stages with key stakeholders and leadership (brand guidelines share outs, brand identity refinements)
- Collaborates with integrated marketing to brief brand identity projects in alignment with established brand architecture and brand strategy
- Act as the point of contact for other program managers and producers to consult as the expert in the area of brand identity design development
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years professional experience in program management; ideal to also have had brand management or strategy experience
- Experience working directly in technology, whether in an agency, brand marketing, production vendor or start up environment
- Proven track record of repeatedly delivering meaningful results or multiple large-scale Brand Design systems that have demonstrably impacted a brand's trajectory
- Knowledge & experience leading brand photo shoots & design system expressions tied to a product launch.
- Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, start-up environment
- Experience working on net new brand identities and evolving existing brands
