Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for communicating vendor processes and triaging questions for User Experience Researchers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create, execute, and organize Statements of Work (SOWs) with portfolio of vendors.
- Provide high touch responsive support to a high volume of Researchers establishing engagements with Vendors.
- Open Purchase Orders for all new research projects.
- Resolve invoicing issues, triaging when necessary.
- Ensure data integrity by keeping all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) trackers updated on weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.
- Create and maintain up-to-date vendor resources and process documentation (Documents, Team Wiki, Toolkits, etc) for Research team.
- Support Business Operation projects through data collection, proactive problem solving and information distribution.
- Uphold and provide guidance around compliance policies for engaging with vendors.
Skills:
- 2+ years’ experience working in a coordination role with a high volume of projects.
- Ability to communicate quickly and clearly while collaborating with peers, cross-functional stakeholders, and senior management.
- Ability to multi-task and execute on multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to independently identify solutions through critical thinking.
- Track record of being detail oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience with procurement, vendor/suppliers, or purchasing nice to have.
- Be proactive and self-directed with an ability to take direction and follow detailed instructions where needed.
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities with minimal supervision.
Education:
- Bachelors degree required
