Business Analyst III
Summary:
Supporting our Global Experience Supplier Management team through the governance of the supplier payments process, coordination of financial reporting processes, and ensuring vendor compliance with all corporate and team training requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supplier Payments Process
- Support the administration of the supplier payments process for the Global Experience team.
- Create and manage supplier purchase orders (POs)
- Maintain the process to validate, approve and track monthly supplier invoices.
- Troubleshoot payment issues with suppliers and internal finance teams.
- Ensure suppliers provide monthly billing estimates on-time and in the format required by our business and finance management teams.
- Provide monthly accruals reporting to finance teams.
- Support the monthly budget reporting process in collaboration with business and finance partners.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly budget forecasting.
- Distribute budget reports to internal stakeholders as necessary.
- Research and stay current with evolving corporate compliance policies that impact Global Experience suppliers and supplier management.
- Communicate relevant policies to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate suppliers and supplier management team for adherence to policy and provide reports on status.
- Develop and execute plans to close compliance gaps.
- Maintain a compliance recordkeeping system.
- Support the performance of supplier risk management evaluations.
- Support the maintenance of the supplier database to ensure up-to-date records of supplier risk and compliance status.
- Develops and maintains documentation (e.g. SOPs) to ensure consistent processes/procedures related to supplier payments, financial reporting, and compliance and risk management processes.
- Maintain standardized file formats and folder structure
- Identify and leverage opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
- BA/BS in relevant discipline
- 3+ years of proven work experience in business administration or a similar role
- Effective communication, including speaking, writing and active listening
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with attention to detail.
- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain collaborative work relationships within the organization and with external partners.
- Familiarity with working in G Suite, MS Office
- Experience working in an international organization
- Experience working with business process tools
- Data analytics and visualization
