Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
This role will focus on writing and editing data infrastructure strategy materials, including awareness articles, presentations, artifacts, and memos to ensure information is clearly communicated and understood across the organization, as well as collaborating closely with internal leadership teams to support the seamless execution of organizational transformation projects.
  • Utilize strong oral and written communication skills along with acute attention to detail to write, review and edit EDS communications to support strategic internal and external communication needs.
  • Translate technical information, data analysis, and details into polished executive- level presentations that tell a story for the intended audience.
  • Assist the EDS leadership team in identifying, assessing, and managing change initiatives across the organization.
  • Maintain documentation of internal strategic projects, including timelines, milestones, risks, and key deliverables
  • Plan and participate in cross-functional team initiatives and process improvement projects.
  • Provide support of training and enablement programs to include registration and scheduling along with the creation and maintenance of department distribution groups.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 3- 5+ years of relevant work experience within Communications or Business support areas.
  • Demonstrated ability to write and edit communications and translate detailed information into a visually appealing deliverable that tells a story and meets the need of an intended audience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders or stakeholders
  • Certification in change management (e.g. Prosci, CCMP) is preferred
  • High level understanding of data infrastructure and Cloud tooling is preferred

Pay range is $46/hr - $51/hr with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
