The Social Good team is looking for an experienced strategic partner manager to accelerate how organizations can reach their goals. You will be responsible for working with our largest and most strategic partners. You will collaborate closely with an internal cross-functional team (Product, Marketing, Policy, Communications, etc.) to design and deliver global programs across Social Good products and ensure the voice of the partner is represented in product solutions. The ideal candidate has an understanding of product development at major tech companies, prior partner management or business development experience, and the proven ability to deliver results and impact in dynamic work environments. The candidate must possess a strong commitment and passion towards social impact, demonstrated through prior work or volunteer experience. 

This is a full-time 7 month contract position located in the Menlo Park office.


  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage external partners
  • Become an expert in the support experience for Social Good products and quickly resolve partner issues
  • Innovate with partners using technological innovations i.e. APIs
  • Support partner marketing efforts by leading cross-functional teams internally
  • Gather product feedback from partners to shape product roadmap development
  • Adapt quickly to product changes and limitations, and communicate these strategically to stakeholders
  • Be a spokesperson at external-facing events such as workshops and conferences
  • Represent the voice of the partner to cross-functional and leadership teams
  • Drive initiatives to help build and scale the Partnerships team and practices
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15-20% of the time


Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • 5+ years professional experience in product partnerships, business development, or product marketing
  • Organizational, project management, and communication experience
  • Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
  • Experience explaining technical solutions, establishing goals, developing opportunities, and providing reporting/dashboards to identify trends and improve the partner experience
  • Ability to set priorities, problem solve, multi-task, and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
  • Experience working with major nonprofits or social good organizations

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Masters degree
  • Experience managing global partner programs
  • Experience working with technical teams
  • Customer service experience in a client-facing capacity

Education:: BA/BS degree or higher required, masters preferred
