This opportunity will also allow you to build the integrations services platform using Infrastructure as Code. This opportunity will allow you to work cross-functionally with Architects, Developers/Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Managers across multiple teams in a rapidly evolving environment. To be successful in this role, you must be an organized, self-starter with stellar collaboration and communication skills, who can work independently building relationships and driving technical solutions from inception to completion. This position requires the candidate to be technically savvy and have a proven ability to work well in a highly dynamic environment while maintaining strong relationships with our customers and partners.
Pay range is $80.63 - $85.63/hr - with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of recent and related experience as an MQ Architect/Integration Engineer from Design through the Implementation of technical solutions
- 1+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Gitlab, Packer, Ansible).
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and analytical skills; strong and demonstrated interpersonal skills to include influence, collaboration, accountability, and critical thinking.
- Must be a U.S Citizen or a Green Card holder with intent to become a U.S Citizen
- Design, Develop and maintain integration services using IBM MQ.
- Experience with IBM MQ MFT
- Leads efforts to establish, define, maintain, and communicate integration architecture guidelines, principles, standards and best practices across multiple product teams as they migrate to the cloud.
- Provides end-to-end support for solution integration, including designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting solutions.
- Custom develops monitoring and alerting solutions.
- Participates in defect and incident root cause analyses.
- Provides production support including on-call rotation.
- Strong knowledge of high-availability, load-balancing and failover configurations across application, infrastructure, and platform components.
- Clear understanding of and experience with team development best practices to include peer reviews processes and version control systems.
- Build solutions in accordance with Bank security policies that mitigate risk and increase efficiencies.
- Judgement to escalate risk-based decisions appropriately.
- Experience with Infrastructure as code using tools such as terraform, Gitlab pipelines.
