As a Communications Campaign Coordinator on the Communications Operations team, you’ll play a pivotal role by leading the deployment of marketing communication programs being sent to prospective clients, as well as ongoing communications sent to existing clients.

Requirements:
- Keen attention to detail, accountability, strong organization skills, and the ability to multi-task while prioritizing a full workload.
- Proven success in identifying opportunities to improve processes and assist with the implementation of associated changes.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Operations experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality marketing campaigns and ongoing client communications while ensuring that strict customer service requirements are met.
- Internal and external exceptions reporting.
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external partners to ensure marketing program are set up and executed as expected.
- Data analysis and reconciliation as part of quality control processes associated to marketing campaigns.
- Focus on continuous operational process improvements, risk mitigation, and process documentation.
