Job Title: Communication and Scheduling Project Manager

Responsibilities
  • Plan and develop communication strategy for the System Integration team, including defining the goals and timeline for project(s)
  • Manage the centralized sites for the team, including ensuring there is dataflow, folder structure and synchronization across multiple locations and app environments
  • Have regularly updated schedules pulled from across multiple XFN partners, including vendor partners, for full visibility of the teams deliverables. Includes resources needs identified and team bandwidth tracked via internal tools
  • Ensure that the information your team and business partners needs is complete, current, accurate, and easy to find, including reports, dashboards and wikis
  • Includes some tracking of SOW deliverables, as they relate to the team deliverables outwardly to our XFN Partners. Manage and communicate ongoing changes in tasks, goals, or performance

Skills:

Must Have:
  • 4+ Years of managing and tracking schedules of xfn groups
  • 2+ years in developing and impliementing communication strategy
  • Experienced in utilizing web based publishing platforms (ex. sharepoint, google sites, etc)
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to collaborate w/ other in a team setting
  • Must be capable of multi tasking and being proactive in planning and executing tasks (no micromanagement)

Nice to Have/ Wish List:
  • Experience in creating dashboards used to pull data from multiple sources
  • 4+ years of experience w/ hardware development process

 

Education:
  • Bachelor' s degree in MIS, computer science, systems engineering, business, related field preferred or equivalent experience
