Content Specialist III
Summary:
The main function of a content specialist is to write, review and edit content on social media platforms, as well as surface insights around that content. The typical specialist will have excellent editorial judgment, expert writing and editing skills and a strong command of social media.
Responsibilities:
Pay range is $42 - $47 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Responsibilities:
- Write, edit and review content for social media platforms, ranging from creative copy to straightforward, informative text.
- Perform analysis and produce reports with compelling, actionable insights for our partners
- Apply review guidelines to content at scale, maintaining commitment to accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with our content and product teams to improve user experience
- Have the ability to work an extended schedule as required, including Saturday and Sundays
- Experience in journalism, copy editing, social media or digital media
- Prior experience in prompt engineering, annotation and managerial experience preferred
- Deep knowledge of the social media landscape
- Excellent skill in editorial strategy and what makes digital content great
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficiency in spreadsheet apps (e.g. Google Sheets, MS Excel) and/or other data analytics tools
- Ability to perform and support basic data analysis and visualization
- Bachelors degree required.
