Responsibilities:
- Prompt engineer to develop and refine prompts to create compelling narrative experiences with AI characters.
- Collaborate with content, product, and engineering teams to conceptualize and produce narrative content that aligns with our brand's voice and tone.
- Generate creative ideas and concepts for AI-driven storytelling, leveraging the latest trends and technologies in AI.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a cohesive narrative style and seamless integration of AI characters into content experiences.
- Create editorial guidelines and frameworks to define quality and inform product development
- Continuously test, evaluate, and enhance content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 6+ years in creative writing, content creation, or a related field, with at least one year of experience in prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms, and experience in visual and multimodal content creation.
- Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to translate ideas into engaging narrative experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing, Communications, or a related field.
- Digital Content Expertise: Deep knowledge of social media and digital content landscapes, with experience using AI tools for content creation.
- Visual and Audio Skills: Background in visual content creation (photo editing, video production) and audio expertise is a plus.
