Pay range is $52 - $57 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Contracts & Sourcing Specialist V


Summary:

The Contract Manager will help prepare and negotiate various commercial contracts for the strategic sourcing team. This position requires knowledge and experience with commercial contracts and contractual language. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent tight deadlines under minimal supervision and must also be comfortable working collaboratively, efficiently and effectively with both internal clients and external vendors. The candidate will have to work cross-functionally with different stakeholders in the organization, including, engineering, legal, procurement, finance, tax and accounting to ensure projects and deals are successfully completed. This person should have very strong organizational and interpersonal skills to help keep the team on track to timelines, budgets and goals. This person will also help to create efficiencies by creating/maintaining handbooks, playbooks, google sites, sharepoint files, training materials, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing, redlining, negotiating and managing commercial contracts including statements of work, amendments, NDAs and related documents.
  • Engaging in frequent verbal and written communications with our company and vendor’s legal teams
  • Ensure business activities and contracts comply with internal policies and guidelines, and industry laws and regulation

Skills:
  • At least 5 years of contract drafting and negotiation and project management experience in the high-tech industry (particularly in a sourcing organization)
  • Highly motivated and able to think clearly under pressure.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept in working with various tools including MS Office, Google, and contract management tools.
  • Drive to create operational efficiencies
