Summary:
We're looking for a creative producer to join our social team. This role is responsible for finding, surfacing and developing original content for our official social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Threads and more. This person needs first-hand experience creating social content optimized for the Instagram platform and should be deeply immersed in social media, internet culture and trends.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, an experienced storyteller, organized, prioritizes attention to detail, thrives in a multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment, and must have demonstrated the ability to create social content. Ideally, the candidate will have experience capturing content in the field, video editing experience, strong communication, and the ability to deliver and launch initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Develop original content and assets social media, namely on Instagram
- Collaborate with partners on Marketing and Communications to bring new products and much-loved features to life through our social
- Understand the interests and behaviors of the audience and how to best connect with them and keep them engaged
- Work collaboratively across the team and communicate effectively
- Identify, surface, and amplify Instagram trends across a diverse spectrum of topics
- Research and suggest relevant Instagram content and creators for coverage on our social channels
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a creative role with an emphasis on creating and sourcing assets for social media
- A love of making content and comfort being in the weeds with assets
- An in-depth knowledge, familiarity and experience of working with the Instagram products, to publish creative content across multiple surfaces including Reels, Stories, Feed
- Experience running projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with external creative and production partners
- Experience building working relationships with core and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience working in creative production for an international audience
- Experience with quick-turn/rapid response communications
- A passion for (and strong grasp) of social media, humor and emerging culture
- Experience in trend spotting and translating trends to social
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of videographers and photographers and photo/video shoot experience.
- Experience working within a creative department that places priority on visual storytelling
- Demonstrated experience working creating content for an international audience
