Job Title: Customer Marketing Manager

Duties:

The Workplace Customer Marketing Manager will be building our first always on customer nurture programs. You should be experienced in using an email marketing automation tool and have b2b marketing experience. You' ll be joining the Workplace Customer Education team whose mission is to educate all Workplace customers. The scope of work our Customer Marketing Manager will do is critical in ensuring all customers are aware of all the learning resources we have today, and that customers are using those resources.

 

The primary work for this role will include:
  • Build email customer nurture programs to help customers across their Workplace journey
  • Working with our team content writer, iterate on email copy and images to improve click throughs
  • Regularly update the Customer Education team on the success of each nurture program
  • Working with our team content writer, iterate on email copy and images to improve click throughs
  • Provide product feedback given by advocates to the Product Management team

 

Skills:
  • 4+ years of experience using a marketing automation tool (Marketo preferred)
  • Experience building email nurture programs
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization
  • Previous Customer Service, Customer Success, or Account Management experience
  • Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels
  • Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement
  • Ability to write compelling copy is a necessity, HTML and design experience are a big plus
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes

 

Education:
  • Bachelor' s degree with emphasis on communications, marketing, or business
