Summary:

This role requires exceptional communication skills, operational efficiency, and attention to detail. The Data Analyst will be responsible for managing data quality of Scaled Partnerships programs and providing comprehensive reporting to enhance our operational success.

This individual will be joining a centralized team within partnerships – specifically scaled partnerships. Within this, there are various programs with creators. This individual will work with a partner management team that is highly collaborative and the ideal candidate will have both strong technical and communication skills. The team is fun and this is a great opportunity to work with creators and those who speak closely with creators. The individual will get to know products well, working with a team that promotes products to people who create the content. It is a great opportunity to work on the latest platforms and see what creators are doing!

Responsibilities:
  • Provide detailed and comprehensive reporting of vendor management efficiency on a regular basis to keep stakeholders informed
  • Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communications regarding data quality
  • Develop and manage reports and dashboards to support stakeholder needs and drive operational success
  • Utilize strong operational skills to ensure efficient data processes
  • Manage stakeholder requests and maintain our current measurement framework
  • Act as the point of contact for Partner Management, Data Foundations and Operations teams providing domain knowledge and expertise

Performance Measurement:
  • Performance will be measured based on ramp up time, feedback from cross-functional team and manager, quality of work, completion and evaluation of responsibilities.

Must-Have Skills:
  • 3-5+ years of SQL experience (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.)
  • Experience building dashboards and dashboarding (use of BI tools such as Looker, Tableau)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail (must-have)

Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Python is an asset
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Former experience with internal tooling on a Data Analytics team

Soft Skills:
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with
  • Presentation skills
  • Collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Strong attention to detail with a strong focus on operational efficiency
  • Proven track record of taking initiative and working independently
  • Experience in data or business analytics roles, including stakeholder management
  • Organizational skills

Educational Requirement:
  • BA or BS degree

 

Pay range is $64 - $69 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
