Responsibilities
  • Assist in auditing and maintaining the as-built and record drawing files and control logs as required by the project
  • Assist in tool administration (Autodesk products – Buzzsaw, BIM360 DOCs, etc.)
  • Assist in auditing and maintaining the file repositories and folder structure for design and construction administration documentation
  • Assist in coordinating all activities related to the Data Center Design document control, including but not limited to submittals, specifications, deliverables, schedule, drawings/models in both electronic and hard copy
  • Data entry and create key performance indicator (KPI)
  • General audit and QA of Data Center Design team documents
  • Assist in creation, maintain and update of drawing standards, BIM Execution Plan, file repositories, folder structure, workflow, process, etc.
  • Assist in the creation of Bluebeam design review sessions, collate comments and export mark-ups
  • Assit in updating DCD Wiki with latest approved documentation
  • Ensure that copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate stakeholder for review and approval
  • Assist in innovating design-construction technology

Skills:

Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of one (1) year work experience in design/construction document control
  • Minimum one (1) year related work experience in large scale buildings and records management
  • Ability to keep records and reports
  • Detailed-oriented, organizational skills and have the ability to multi-task
  • Communicate across diverse geographical and time zones
  • Ability to utilize multiple software (SharePoint, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Buzzsaw, BIM360 products, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management/engineer experience
  • Some experience within construction
  • Automation experience is a plus
  • CAD/Revit experience is a plus

Education:: Bachelors Preferred
