Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager

URM Coaching Circles
  • Develop timeline, goals, and priorities for program
  • Partner with HRBPs to identify + recruit leaders
  • Lead training and support leaders throughout program
  • Develop and launch enrollment process, including strategic comms across multiple platforms
  • Manage surveys + share analysis with leaders throughout program
  • Lead end-of-program debrief + share iterations with team

Interview Experience Q+A
  • Develop timeline, goals, and priorities for program
  • Manage facilitators through onboarding and one-off check-ins
  • Ensure scheduling alignment + troubleshoot issues with coordinator as they come up
  • Compile feedback after each session, as well as analyze data across half
  • Present recommendations / lead conversations in end-of-half debrief

Connect Up
  • Develop timeline, goals, and priorities for program
  • Partner with HRBPs to identify + recruit mentors
  • Lead training and support mentors throughout program
  • Develop and launch enrollment process, including strategic comms across multiple platforms

  • Able to develop fluid ideas (in partnership with a group of stakeholders), create a structure and framework for work, and drive results in an ambiguous space

  • Process oriented; quick to pick up on systems + develop them further

Education:: Bachelors Degree or 7-10 years work experience in related field
