Summary:

Our Enterprise Supply Chain organization is a global team responsible for fulfilling all internal end user IT needs. We build integrated, scalable, and robust processes and systems to manage planning & inventory life cycle. We are looking for a Project Manager to support several programs within the Global Logistics Asset Management arm of the organization. The PM will be working with cross functional partners to keep our Enterprise Engineering office standards updated which requires strong collaboration skills, a keen attention to detail, and superb follow through capabilities. The PM will assist with creating, tracking, and closing out all open tasks related to changes and work with the operations team to ensure proper visibility across all teams. In addition to supporting standards, the PM will support the Desk Sharing Program at our company on behalf of Enterprise Engineering, responsible for managing day-to-day activities and identifying areas for future efficiencies. The ideal candidate for this role will be a professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility with all levels of the organization. This person will need exceptional communication and planning skills. They will also be a strong team player, highly motivated, and take initiative in all situations. This role requires an individual who thrives in ambiguous situations and who can lead without authority.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure accuracy within the EE Operations Technology Standards
  • Assist with driving end-to-end completion of all changes within standards, ensuring proper global alignment
  • Maintain a comprehensive change log for all changes to standards
  • Assist with creating and maintaining all EE standards documentation
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to identify scope, constraints, dependencies, and risks associated with any requested changes
  • Drive communication between cross-functional teams to find solutions for requested changes
  • Assist with development of XFN programs; creating documentation and operationalizing
  • Act as the facilitator between XFNs and the technology deployment team for desk sharing program
  • Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring timeline is met, risks are mitigated, and team members are supported for desk sharing program
  • Administrative support related to ongoing projects, team updates, and weekly tasks

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/education
  • 4+ years of experience in Project Management
  • 2+ years experience with change management / version control
  • Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking to achieve goals
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams in a time sensitive capacity
  • Self-motivated & highly adaptable, able to work autonomously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Communication and reporting skills

 

Pay range is $61 - $66 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
