Operations Manager IV

The Enterprise Learning Operations team works closely with learning teams across our company. We are looking for those interested and passionate about integrity, process and operations excellence. The process excellence Specialist will be responsible for leading continuous improvement projects to help drive workstreams towards better results for the organization. This will involve collaboration with internal stakeholders to define problems, perform gap assessments, and develop a path forward to remediating existing work states. The individual will also need to determine appropriate metrics and create process maps to demonstrate how these changes will contribute to the overall improvement of internal/external programs. This position require working with multiple stakeholders and the ability to do the actual work such as process documentation and driving a change through to completion.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead operations improvements to ensure efficiency and SLAs
  • Identify solutions for any gaps and lead implementation by working with relevant partners, advocating for platform level solutions to common issues
  • Provide monthly reporting with insights (trends, abnormalities, etc.)
  • Advise on new tooling and other improvements to internal tools and processes
  • Ensure automation is implemented as a solution where appropriate
  • Document and build workflows and process flowcharts
  • Diagnose business-critical problems, identify the best opportunities to drive improvement in both the client and employee experience, and implement change
  • Detail end to end workflow including details on how people, data, tools and systems are used as part of an orchestrated process to achieve business outcomes
  • Articulate the case for opportunities including the business impact and required effort, resources, and investments
  • Leverage data to make process recommendations and ensure there are quantifiable, measurable results
  • Build and complete rollout plans that are realistic, pragmatic, and rooted in organizational change standard processes, including:
  • Creation and execution of test plans for new processes
  • Monitoring and reporting on process adoption and results of usage
  • Development and maintenance of end user documentation
  • Communication and training as needed to support end users
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in HR Operations, Learning Operations, or as a business analyst
  • Communication skills, clearly document complex issues and build consensus on a course of action
  • Experience problem solving by offering various solutions with independent judgement
  • Detail oriented and experience to follow through
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience defining requirements for process improvement and automation
  • Experience creating process flowcharts, gather requirements from stakeholders and document in a cohesive way
  • Experience producing reports and highlighting trends by analyzing dashboards and various data sets
  • Experience working with remote/hybrid teams
