Responsibilities
- Drive the systems and tools execution and operationalization supporting central programs and strategies for our Supply Business

- Provide up-to-date visibility into project roadmaps and escalate issues when necessary
- Partner with the right teams to manage data, insights and reporting from our systems and tools
- Knowledge of systems such as Gong, MixMax and Salesforce and GTM technologies are a requirement
- Minimum 10 years in a sales enablement or operations role combined experience demonstrating success managing complex projects from start to finish
- Proven track record as a great cross-functional business partner and ability to lead within a cross-functional environment
- Strong strategic and critical-thinking skills. Able to connect dots and proactively develop proposals and solutions, regardless of tech stack (CRM or home-grown)
- Systems-thinker and able to translate strategy to execution across multiple teams
- Experience across the Customer Lifecycle with pre-sales, sales and customer success teams

- Strong business acumen with an ability to build relationships with and partner with other executives and build relationships across a complex organization
- Strong team player with a track record of cross functional collaboration.
- 6-8 years in GTM systems, working closely with sales, onboarding, and customer success teams — not just sales-ops in isolation
- Strong hands-on Salesforce depth — can speak fluently to what good Salesforce architecture looks like, not just what's functional
- Built CRM/GTM infrastructure for a new or early-stage business inside a larger company where other business lines are already at scale — this specific context matters more than generic startup experience
- Can go from ambiguous business need? system requirements? shipped solution, working cross-functionally
- Communicates with range — comfortable with field teams, engineers, and leadership, and tells a structured, specific story (leads with business impact, not just "what I built")
- Scrappy — will go sit with frontline teams to find what's actually broken, not just architect from a distance
- Genuinely good in ambiguity and messy data (candidates who need "clean data and clear goals" first are a no for this seat)
- Humble but has a spine — takes input, still pushes back when something's wrong, and keeps moving
- Speed without sloppiness
- AI-powered GTM tools experience (voice agents, workflow automation, human-in-the-loop AI)
- Marketplace/two-sided platform background
- SQL fluency
