Qualifications:
The Digital Merchandising Program Manager, within our global digital channel experiences team, plays a critical role in the development and execution of scalable experiential merchandising programs designed to engage shoppers and optimize business results. This individual will manage a wide array of digital assets, including, but not limited to, banners, product detail pages, video assets, and new feature implementations.
Pay range is $78 - $83 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The Global Digital Merchandising Manager is responsible for supporting the launch of new products, product refreshes, and merchandising programs. This role requires establishing strong partnerships with regional enablement, channel enablement, retail creative, category, and sales analytics teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact. Proficiency in ecommerce, asset development processes, and project management is essential for achieving business objectives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, category management, or marketing.
- Demonstrated success in driving online sales growth and implementing process improvements.
- Ability to excel in a rapidly evolving environment with shifting priorities.
- Proven capacity for building and maintaining cross-functional relationships with merchandising, marketing, and business stakeholders.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences.
- Highly developed time management and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience utilizing asset management tools, understanding various asset types, and working with online third-party retail platforms.
