Pay range is $28 -$ 32 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Global Supplier Enablement Analyst

Summary:
Our company is currently searching for a passionate candidate to fill a contract position as a Global Supplier Enablement Analyst. This person will be a part of the Global Source to Pay team supporting the supplier enablement mission to continuously improve the way we partner with our global supplier base. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with electronic invoicing programs, and a customer service driven mindset with an affinity for problem solving, delivering solutions, and analyzing data.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers through the phases of tool and process integration
  • Foster and engage partnerships with global stakeholders to drive initiatives
  • Create and maintain valuable key metric dashboards for monthly updates for stakeholders to make business decisions
  • Strategize and execute methods to generate interest and participation on our company's self-service Supplier Portal
  • Continuously monitor bugs and propose enhancements with internal stakeholders to improve tool user experience
  • Identify and onboard potential candidates for Data Interchange / E-invoicing platform
  • Resolve / assign technical issues that arise with EDI / Supplier Management Platform
  • Facilitate, standardize, and distribution of internal and external communications regarding purchasing policy or process updates
  • Manage, coordinate, and support special projects in line with the supplier enablement mission and initiatives
  • Prepare and upkeep training documentation and material as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 2+ years relevant Global Source to Pay, Supplier Relationship Management, Marketing and/or technical work experience
  • BA/BS in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or other related field
  • Experience working with ERP systems, and EDI / E-Invoicing solutions
  • Proficient with data analysis and problem solving
  • Proficient in stakeholder management and communications
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot problems and develop solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience writing functional design documents, troubleshooting EDI failures, working with external EDI partners, and testing interconnected systems
  • Excellent communicator, with proven skills in consulting with internal business clients and external suppliers
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel / Tableau data analysis and visualization
  • Ability to think creatively to solve business challenges and improve tools and processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Powerpoint to provide and present content
