Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional who demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of our business operations, recognizing the impact of our activities on internal and external stakeholders, business partners, and customers. This role requires the ability to proactively anticipate operational needs from a data, analytics, and tools perspective, ensuring that the business is supported with relevant insights and solutions.

In this role, you will conduct thorough analysis using critical information and data to assist the business in making strategic operational decisions and developing innovative solutions. You will work with a strong sense of urgency, adhering to timelines and deadlines, while ensuring the highest quality of execution. Collaboration across departments and divisions will be essential, as you contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations.

You will collaborate with various functional areas, including order management, sales and marketing, product management, manufacturing, and logistics teams, as well as external suppliers and distribution centers, in support of strategic initiatives.

You will also monitor key performance metrics, identify performance deficiencies, and implement corrective actions where needed. A high level of customer service is expected in this role, as you support both internal and external clients.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics engineering, or industrial engineering, ideally within a third-party logistics firm (3PL), management consulting firm, industrial manufacturing, distribution, retail, or consumer products company, with a focus on network design.
  • Experience writing functional design documents, creating/maintaining EDI maps and specifications, troubleshooting complex EDI failures, working with external EDI partners, and testing interconnected systems
  • 5 + years of experience working in API, EDI X12, EDIFACT, JSON, XML based integrations.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle Fusion will be great advantage
  • Strong knowledge of distribution and fulfillment center processes and experience with inventory optimization, transportation modeling, and route optimization are key.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, critical thinking skills, and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data and documents.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, manage concurrent projects at various stages, and work independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational, visualization, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
  • Advanced SQL skills are essential, including the ability to connect to databases, query data, and generate reports.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, comprehend, and accurately capture and present valuable information.
  • Experience in global supply chain management, leading cross-functional teams, particularly within a fast-paced consumer electronics product environment.
  • A deep understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and Six Sigma principles, along with a solid knowledge of supply agreement construction and key contracting provisions.
  • Experience working with no-code platforms such as AppSheet, Airtable, or Zoho Creator, with the ability to develop and maintain real-time dashboards and workflows to optimize inventory tracking, supplier management, and procurement processes.
  • Ability to analyze supply chain performance data, identify inefficiencies, and implement automated solutions using no-code tools to streamline communication and enhance decision-making.
  • Experience in automating reporting and enabling cross-functional collaboration by designing custom applications that integrate with existing systems, ensuring timely updates and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.

 

Pay range is $57 - $62 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
