Responsibilities:
- Support execution of audits, analyze findings, and document results to support conclusions.
- Draft audit reports with actionable recommendations for improving controls and present these findings to executive management.
- Collaborate with product teams and engineering to ensure compliance with new and existing company policies and evolving global regulatory standards.
- Review and assess the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls within complex, proprietary technology systems.
- Work closely with other internal audit team members to ensure a cohesive approach to all audit activities.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with both technical and non-technical teams across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in internal audit or consulting (Big Four), focusing on areas such as Privacy, Technology, Information Security, AI, Model Risk, Third Party Management, Data Management, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, Information Security, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years hands-on experience in SQL, building tableau, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
- Experience in using data analytics and supporting audits in areas such as technology, cybersecurity, resiliency, third-party risk management, and privacy.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including familiarity with project management and audit management tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of effective interactions with business partners.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and diverse environment while managing multiple concurrent projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leveraging Data Analytics/Artificial Intelligence: Previous experience using data analytics/AI to streamline audit execution.
- Understanding of our Products and Operations: Knowledge and hands-on experience with our suite of products, services, and operational protocols.
- Maintain expertise in relevant industry and regulatory trends to inform audit practices and procedures.
- Possession of professional auditing certifications such as CIA, CISA, CIPP, CISSP, CRISC, CDPSE, Six Sigma, or PMP.
