L&D Development Specialist III

Summary:
The main function of an L&D Development Specialist is to provide necessary support, including needs assessment, design, development and delivery of learning initiatives for a specific project. The typical L&D Development specialist will guide the development of all training need for testing, change management and business as usual activities for processes and systems related to the project.
Responsibilities:
- Drafts and improves content for learning sessions.
- Facilitates feedback sessions/ surveys on L&D session effectiveness.
- Participates actively and can knowledgeably articulate status of projects, interactions
- Possesses the ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Reports to Change Manager as to progress and effectiveness of training and learning initiatives.
Skills:
- Experience working for Finance, large project implementation, process improvement and or other large business department and Learning & Development.
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree required. Master's degree preferred.
