L&D Development Specialist III
Remote


Summary:

The main function of an L&D Development Specialist is to provide necessary support, including the design, development and maintenance of our online and instructor-led curriculum. The typical L&D Development specialist will guide the development of all training practices.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and improve the design, development and maintenance of our training curriculum
  • Continually work to ensure all online and instructor-led materials are consistent, up-to-date and in line with larger training goals and initiatives within the
  • Facilitates feedback sessions on L&D workshop effectiveness.
  • Participates actively and can knowledgeably articulate status of projects, interactions
  • Possesses the ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Skills:
  • Experience in Human Resources and Learning & Development
  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience with ILTs, LMS courses, PDF job aids, and creative asset production
  • Experience in the B2B Channel ecosystem (SaaS partners, ISVs Resellers, distributors…)
  • Preferred experience in hardware & software from a learning perspective
  • Preferred experience in VR / AR / MR
  • Excellent writing skills - any other languages are a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ambiguous work environment

 

Pay range is $46 - $51 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
