This program manager will manage the development and maintenance of certification exam programs.
Responsibilities:
- Project manage and coordinate exam development, localization, and go to market plans to ensure timely delivery of certification
- Schedule program activities, such as exam development workshops and team presentations
- Manage event planning, logistics, and execution
- Coordinate subject matter expert recruitment, onboarding, communication, work assignments, and rewards/incentives
- Work with regional and cross-functional team members and advocates to drive support for the program
- Work with cross-functional teams across our company to drive support of programs
- Ensure content accuracy to reflect product updates and terminology changes in a timely fashion by coordinating with subject matter experts
- Handle operational interactions with test delivery and test development vendors
- Maintain internal policies and process documentation
- Review and evaluate vendor reports (volume, pass-rate, surveys, financials, forensics, web monitoring, etc.)
- Triage candidate support, escalations and security issues
- Administer roles, permissions and business rules in vendor systems
- Import, export, and analyze data as needed for reporting requests
- Coordinate and/or conduct live testing (exam) events, if applicable
- Identify ways to improve efficiencies and increase impact
Minimum Qualifications:
- Project management and program management experience
- Experience with databases and spreadsheets
- Factual reporting and presentation design experience, and experience working with marketing, messaging and calls to action
- Analytical/investigative experience
- Experience working on cross-functional, matrixed teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Testing and certification experience
- Customer service experience
- Vendor management experience
